What we don't offer

  • Crisis or emergency care. If you're in danger, call or text 988 or call 911.
  • Medication prescribing.
  • Court-ordered or custody evaluations.

Your first session

  • Before. Book a time, then sign your forms in the secure client portal: services agreement, telehealth consent and privacy notice. You'll get a Good Faith Estimate in writing.
  • Getting started. Your therapist confirms where you are and an emergency contact, and explains confidentiality and its limits.
  • The conversation. About 60 minutes on what brings you in, what you'd like to change and a little of your history. Share only what you're ready to.
  • After. You and your therapist agree on goals and how often to meet. Ongoing sessions are about 50 minutes, with your own dedicated therapist. You can switch therapists any time, free.

Tips for video sessions

  • Find a private space where you won't be overheard. A parked car works.
  • Use headphones and a steady internet connection.
  • Keep your phone nearby in case the video drops. We'll call you, and you're never charged for our tech problems.
