An active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC or LMFT license in Georgia or Virginia. Clinical Director: the same, plus leadership experience.
Questions
How does pay work?
$105 for each completed and paid 50-minute session and $122.50 for a 60-minute first session (70% of collected fees), plus 70% of collected late-cancellation fees. Pay periods with 16+ sessions earn 75%. Paid every two weeks by direct deposit. Your rate is in your agreement, with 60 days' written notice before any change.
Do you take insurance?
Private pay for now. Insurance can be added later by written amendment once you're credentialed through Lumen.
What's the commitment?
Month to month. Either side can end with 30 days' notice. No non-compete, so you can keep your own practice.
What do I need to start?
An active license, your own malpractice coverage that includes telehealth, and Georgia's 6-hour telemental health training for Georgia clients. Then one agreement and a 30-minute setup call.
